Rainwater Harvesting System – Scotts Valley, CA

http://earthcraftdesign.com/rainwater-harvesting-gallery

Earthcraft Designers installed an 11,500-gallon rainwater system with above ground tanks to irrigate a ¾ acre of landscaped garden.

The client’s goal was independence from the municipal water supply. As the landscape was being installed, the rainwater was used for various on-site construction needs thereby reducing water costs. Currently, the rainwater system supports the client's new landscape during the hot, dry months.
